Steve Toews
Steve is a specialist advisor to Accountants and Bookkeepers, having acted as the primary advisor on numerous practice transactions (both on behalf of Sellers & Buyers) across Australia. He is trusted by practitioners for his deep sector expertise, commercial insight, and proactive approach when guiding firms through expansion, acquisition, or exit.
With a strong understanding of the Accounting and Bookkeeping market, Steve and his team bring clarity and momentum to every engagement — whether advising a first-time seller or a seasoned practice owner navigating their next strategic move. He is acutely aware of the challenges practitioners face and the strategies that successfully enhance practice quality and value.
Steve has more than 25 years’ experience in finance and holds a postgraduate degree in Economics. His background spans equity and debt markets, including Venture Capital, Funds Management, and senior roles in Institutional Banking.
